What you will do

• Oversee the AMER IT Operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer success.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and IT asset management.
• Collaborate with regional executives to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and innovate supported technologies, system life cycles, and support processes.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management for the distributed team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical management experience in a modern technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, incident management, and change management.
• Experience with vendor, budget, and asset management.
• Proficiency with productivity tools like ServiceNow, OKTA, Slack, O365, and MDM solutions (JAMF, Intune).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose 3 days per week.
