TL;DR

IT Lead (Infrastructure): Designing and evolving corporate IT systems, identity access, and security frameworks with an accent on SOC2/ISO compliance and endpoint management. Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Salary: $110,000–150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and evolve corporate IT systems, access governance, and security foundations.
  • Administer Google Workspace end-to-end, including org policies and security audits.
  • Lead Identity & Access Management (SSO/SAML, SCIM) and least-privilege design.
  • Manage endpoint compliance using Kandji (Mac) and Intune (Windows).
  • Ensure operational readiness for SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls.
  • Automate IT workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration and security controls.
  • Strong experience with SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning (e.g., Okta).
  • Hands-on experience with Kandji or Intune for endpoint management.
  • Experience operating in compliance-driven environments (SOC2/ISO).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BetterCloud or similar automation tools.
  • Background in vendor risk management and software governance.
  • Experience building IT dashboards for SLAs and compliance metrics.
