What you will do

• Greet patients and guests upon arrival, confirming identities and providing essential visit information.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out functions, including registration and authorization.
• Update and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Collect co-payments and past due balances, and perform end-of-day cash drawer closing.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a clean, comfortable waiting area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service position.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Warrenville, IL.
