What you will do

• Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to member requests for information.
• Handle routine administrative duties, including mail processing and office supply management.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between members and Financial Advisors.
• Maintain the contact management system with updated client contact and preference information.
• Assist advisors in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
• Track practice expenses and oversee bill payments.

Requirements

• Previous administrative or secretarial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to become licensed within the first 6 months (FINRA SIE/7/66 and WA L&H).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity.
• Ability to work onsite to greet members and handle physical office operations.
