What you will do

• Coordinate the scheduling of specialist referrals that have been approved by UR Specialists.
• Execute Rapid Response protocols to authorize initial PT, diagnostics, and specialist referrals upon receipt.
• Document all initial actions in Corrus using correct grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
• Provide backup administrative assistance for the Triage and CMA Departments.
• Follow company and client protocols to meet production standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of one year of experience in medical terminology or medical office environments.
• Working knowledge of state Workers' Compensation systems and statutes.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, specifically Word and Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
