What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling clients and families.
• Coordinate caregiver placement, scheduling, and coverage needs.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure accurate data entry in AlayaCare.
• Monitor ongoing client satisfaction and proactively address service issues.
• Maintain precise documentation, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate across Intake, Scheduling, Billing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or client services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AlayaCare, CalAIM, or Regional Center programs.
