Focus on scaling functional capabilities, achieving revenue goals, and managing high-impact client partnerships across the European region.

Location: Must be based in Germany, UK, or France (preferred) or other European countries with ability to travel across the region.

What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Experience and Success Office (CESO) sub-unit in Europe to build differentiating digital transformation practices.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions, including strategy, tactical planning, and campaign management.
  • Achieve revenue goals through effective delivery models, proposal development, and closing new business.
  • Expand footprint in key accounts by developing long-term delivery strategies and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent CESO and Campaign business units in Europe while partnering with global counterparts in the US and delivery centers.
  • Manage high-risk/impact issues and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met through collaborative stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of European markets, including compliance and channel regulations.
  • Extensive pharmaceutical multichannel and omnichannel experience, either with a manufacturer or service provider.
  • Proven experience in digital operations and campaign management across multiple tactics (email, web, search, social, field sales).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, analytics, BI tools, and database/consent management technologies.
  • Ability to travel across the European region as required by the role.
  • Strong mix of technical and business orientation with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
