Location: Munich, Germany (Travel 20% of the time)

What you will do

• Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering motion in the region, aligning with Sales, Delivery, and Field Engineering leadership.
• Drive adoption and expansion by positioning and selling customized FDE and training offerings from discovery through closing.
• Act as a technical-commercial bridge, leveraging technical depth to engage in architecture discussions and scope solutions.
• Collaborate with partners (GSIs, RSIs, cloud providers) to co-sell and develop joint account strategies.
• Shape account strategies by aligning service offerings with client goals and transformation roadmaps.
• Coach and mentor junior Engagement Managers to support peer development and best practice adoption.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer-facing roles, including consulting, solutioning, and executive engagement.
• Deep industry expertise in the Data & AI domain with the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes.
• Extensive experience in Professional Services sales and delivery leadership.
• Solid technical knowledge of data and AI platforms, preferably hirify.global.
• Strong program management and delivery oversight skills.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany and available for 20% travel to customers.
