Senior Engagement Success Director (SaaS): Leading the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of professional services for enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic positioning, complex negotiations, and profitability management. Focus on driving customer transformation initiatives, scaling services growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders within the contact center and CX ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Germany (Frankfurt office with flexibility)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for professional services, including scoping, negotiation, and closure of complex opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to develop and execute account-based services strategies.
- Manage services bookings, profitability, and backlog growth objectives as a quota-carrying leader.
- Develop and validate Statements of Work (SOWs), including commercial terms, pricing, and delivery governance.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and lifecycle commercial management to ensure long-term customer value.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and commercial narratives to influence internal and customer decision-making.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in professional services sales, engagement management, or commercial leadership within enterprise SaaS.
- Fluent English with strong executive presence and customer-facing credibility.
- Proven track record in managing services quotas, pipeline development, and commercial governance.
- Strong financial acumen, including margin management, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
- Experience operating effectively within cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Hands-on delivery experience in program management or enterprise implementation.
- Experience leading contact center transformation or cloud migration programs.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel-based financial modeling.
- Prior experience in quota-carrying professional services sales within enterprise software.
