What you will do

• Supervise the daily activities of a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists.
• Manage customer accounts to minimize past-due balances and limit bad debt write-offs.
• Conduct credit checks on new customers and establish credit limits.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve collections and reduce overall aging.
• Ensure AR processes and procedures are documented and updated.
• Hire, onboard, and coach AR team members, including performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience with customer accounts.
• 2-3 years of experience managing people.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft BC is a plus).
• Must be based in Roseville, MN for a hybrid work arrangement.
