What you will do

• Lead full-cycle accounting integrations for acquired firms, including GL mapping and process migration.
• Oversee ERP system onboarding, data migration, and parallel testing.
• Ensure financial statements for integrated entities meet GAAP standards and internal reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll, tax, and benefits teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Implement standardized templates and SOPs to streamline integration processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for acquired firm leadership and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proven experience with ERP system implementations and post-M&A integration.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL
