What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for assigned client portfolios.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate Senior Accountants and Accounting Associates.
• Serve as primary client contact for ongoing accounting needs and issue resolution.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation across client engagements.
• Support process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing accounting teams and client relationships.
• Experience overseeing month-end close and outsourced accounting services.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Public accounting or outsourced accounting experience.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure.
• Experience providing CFO-level or advisory support to clients.
