What you will do

• Manage the parent entity monthly close, including bank reconciliations (sweep/ZBA), fixed assets, and P&L review.
• Own and improve corporate expense allocation methodologies and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate cash activity across numerous subsidiaries, including intercompany funding and reconciliations.
• Handle payroll GL entries, cost analysis, and variance reporting via UKG.
• Collaborate with the Director of Technical Accounting on debt, interest entries, and monthly consolidation workbooks.
• Develop and maintain consolidated cash flow models and manage deferred seller note/earnout schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits (401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-entity environments and consolidation processes.
• Expertise in full cycle GL close and opening balance sheet accounting for acquisitions.
• Familiarity with cash sweep / ZBA environments across multiple subsidiaries.
