What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to the leadership team and DKV Mobility Group stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.
• Oversee financial control, working capital management, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure full compliance with Dutch and international VAT, tax, and financial governance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a local finance team of five direct reports.
• Drive finance transformation, process optimization, and ERP system improvements to support growth.

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Experience working in a finance position within the Netherlands is a must (knowledge of Dutch reporting and VAT).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
