Finance Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 gross/yearly.

What you will do

• Own all accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger.
• Ensure accurate monthly and year-end close, preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Oversee multi-currency transactions and lead financial consolidation across Spain and US entities.
• Spearhead the implementation of new ERP systems and define accounting processes.
• Partner with the CFO on FP&A, variance analysis, board reporting, and annual budgeting.
• Design the team growth roadmap, hire, and mentor junior finance staff.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong command of Spanish accounting and tax framework.
• Proven experience in month-end close, financial consolidation, and multi-currency management.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue dynamics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.
