TL;DR

Head of Finance (SaaS): Driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Engagement cluster across multiple European markets with an accent on financial planning, analysis, and M&A integration. Location: Fully Remote within Europe (with operations covering France, Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria).

What you will do

• Partner with the Portfolio Director to drive commercial decision-making and strategic financial planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning for the Engagement cluster.
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end reporting and compliance with group policies and IFRS.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for newly acquired entities.
• Provide financial insights to identify trends, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary finance contact for local finance teams, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant business partnering experience in complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
• Expert knowledge of management accounting, IFRS, and local GAAP requirements.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial models and forecasts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe to support operations across France, Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria.
