What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of sponsorships, branded activations, and events ranging from major conferences to bespoke partner experiences.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners to manage logistics and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Design, Social, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational compliance.
• Track sponsorship contractual deliverables and manage event budgets and reconciliations.
• Support the production of branded merchandise and event collateral.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events marketing, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with external vendors and event partners.
• Experience working closely with creative teams and supporting production processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York (EST timezone) or London, UK.
• Willingness to travel to support events and activations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports marketing or supporting partnerships with athletes and entertainment brands.
• Experience localizing brand experiences for different markets and cultural contexts.
