What you will do

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, including creative fatigue detection, budget reallocation, and geo-level channel mix optimization.
• Work directly with the build team to translate workflow specifications into working agent automations.
• QA agent outputs, review system production, and define corrections to improve performance.
• Refine AI-generated creative and copy variants using domain judgment.
• Codify rules, guardrails, and campaign logic for the paid growth agents' knowledge base.
• Extend systems thinking to other growth levers, including CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or paid growth, having run campaigns at scale across major paid channels.
• Strong systems thinking ability to map growth workflows as a series of triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements.
• Proficiency in reading performance dashboards and interpreting signal from noise.
• Curiosity for prompt engineering and the ability to communicate precisely with AI systems.
• Strong written communication skills for creating technical blueprints for engineers.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Background in fintech, consumer financial products, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation or no-code orchestration tools.
