We are looking Global Head of Marketing (Performance & Brand Growth)

Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, performance-obsessed, and culture-fluent Global Head of Marketing whose primary mission is Ecosystem Growth through Performance Marketing, backed by strong brand execution.
You will own the full funnel: from paid and organic acquisition to activation, retention, and LTV, all while keeping Company sharp and relevant in Web3 culture.

Leading a fully distributed team of performance, creative, and community specialists, you will orchestrate how millions of people discover, convert, and stay engaged with the Company ecosystem. Your primary lens is growth marketing and hard numbers, complemented by sharp brand and cultural instincts (viral SMM, memes, brand partnerships).

▪️Key Responsibilities:
▫️Performance Marketing & UA: Own the global budget and end-to-end user acquisition strategy (X Ads, Web3 networks, programmatic). Drive measurable growth across our products, optimizing for strict CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.
▫️Analytics & Conversion: Build attribution dashboards (GA4, Dune) and partner with product teams to design high-converting onboarding funnels and viral referral loops.
▫️Brand, Memes & PR: Define our global brand voice and drive culture-led, viral campaigns. Turn real-time "newsjacking" and internet memes into active user acquisition.
▫️Partnerships & KOLs: Oversee high-profile co-marketing alliances (exchanges, Web3 brands) and manage positive-ROI influencer (KOL) campaigns tracked against conversion metrics.
▫️Team Leadership: Directly lead and align a distributed team of growth analysts, creative specialists (SMM, copywriting, design), international expansion managers, and community moderators.

▪️Requirements:
▫️Experience: 6+ years in marketing (3+ at Director/Head level) managing 8+ distributed team members in Web3, gaming, or consumer tech, with a strong focus on performance and growth.
▫️Performance Expertise: Proven success driving measurable user acquisition at scale (CAC, LTV, ROAS) across paid media and funnel optimization.
▫️Brand Authority: Track record of building high-equity Web3 brands, always linked to growth outcomes.
▫️Crypto-Native: Lives on Twitter (X), fluent in Telegram, DeFi, DEXs, memecoin dynamics, and crypto humor.
▫️Leadership: Strong emotional intelligence to lead both data-focused growth managers and creative specialists.
▫️Analytical: Fundamentally data-first; fluent in marketing attribution, Web3 analytics, and performance metrics, with complementary brand instincts.
