What you will do

• Build and lead a global KOL strategy, managing a BD team focused regionally.
• Scale processes to source, contract, and manage KOLs, including technology and agency relationships.
• Ensure global compliance for financial influencer laws (disclaimers, content monitoring, compensation terms).
• Enable KOL BD team deal negotiation to deliver strong ROI and attractive partnership terms.
• Attract KOLs across futures, margin trading, spot trading, and prop trading categories.
• Measure partnership results and iterate strategy and deal structures using marketing analytics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in the crypto space with experience building a KOL program.
• Significant experience with crypto KOLs, especially traders.
• Proven track record growing new users in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
• Experience working with partners across regions worldwide and managing influencer relationships.
• Advanced crypto knowledge (how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and regional crypto players).
