HR Generalist (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in Mississauga, Ontario

Salary: $52,000 – $62,400 (Annual, prorated for part-time)

What you will do

• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Administer leaves of absence and benefits programs, including health, pension, STD, and LTD.
• Facilitate bi-weekly payroll processing and support financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Ensure organizational compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation.
• Coordinate HR events and participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources with Generalist responsibilities.
• Functional expertise in supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and Provincial Law and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Location: Must be based in Mississauga, Ontario
