What you will do

• Lead and scale the EMEA AI/ML professional services team, including hiring, mentoring, and organizational structuring.
• Develop and expand executive relationships with VP, CIO, and CDO-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering and Sales Leaders to define joint strategies for strategic accounts.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable solutions for repeatability across the global team.
• Influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy by providing voice-of-customer insights to Product and R&D.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, utilization, and public references.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and scaling teams of high-performing data scientists and ML engineers.
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science.
• Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success in defining program-level goals and building trust with senior executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

• Experience in a customer-facing consulting or professional services leadership role.
