What you will do

• Lead the consolidation of 20+ products onto the unified TC.Net foundation while ensuring zero disruption to existing customers.
• Design and build MCP skills and tools for the agentic layer using LLM providers like Anthropic Claude and OpenAI.
• Define agentic coding standards, prompt architecture, and maintain prompt regression and evaluation suites.
• Manage LLM costs, monitoring token usage and enforcing cost-aware development practices.
• Own the release train and run scaled scrum, including quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning and sprint ceremonies.
• Directly manage team leads and senior engineers, overseeing performance reviews and growth plans.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering management or delivery leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on coding ability in .NET / C# to read, review, and reason about production code.
• Proven experience running scrum across multiple concurrent teams, including PI planning for 10+ engineers.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and LLM tooling in an engineering workflow.
• Strong command of feature flags, dark launches, and strangler-fig migration patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, EDI, B2B integration, or ERP-adjacent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or similar IaC tooling.
• Background working in a product-led, platform modernization context.
