What you will do

• Design and execute AI-Native software development and quality engineering experiments.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, coding agents, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and release confidence.
• Develop and institutionalize standards for AI-assisted development, testing, and code review.
• Establish measurement frameworks for engineering productivity, cycle time, and business impact.
• Coach engineers and leaders on maximizing effectiveness through human-AI collaboration.
• Define safety and security guardrails for AI-generated code and IP protection.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, and AI-enabled IDEs.
• Proven track record in leading engineering transformation or developer productivity initiatives.
• Experience designing and scaling experiments to improve engineering outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native development, and observability.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, Chile, or Ecuador

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI-Native practices across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS or ERP systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed or global engineering organizations.
