What you will do

• Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels based on ICP and measurable outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end webinar programs from topic selection and speaker coordination to pipeline conversion.
• Develop and lead influencer and partner programs to reach target B2B audiences.
• Build and optimize email marketing programs, including nurture sequences and segmentation logic.
• Implement signal-based outbound programs using product signals and buying intent data.
• Analyze program performance via dashboards and reporting to connect spend to marketing KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign management.
• Proven track record of owning the full B2B marketing channel mix, including email, social, and outbound.
• Experience running end-to-end webinar programs and measuring their impact on pipeline.
• Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience owning or contributing to B2B influencer or partner programs.
• Must be an early AI adopter using tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a force multiplier.
