What you will do
- Lead consultative technical discovery sessions focused on infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation.
- Design and position integrated solutions leveraging DDI, automation, and orchestration platforms.
- Support customers with Infrastructure-as-Code strategies and API-driven integrations.
- Deliver technical workshops, executive presentations, and architecture reviews for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployment and expansion.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product direction and automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, network engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM operations.
- Experience supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and infrastructure intelligence.
- Experience integrating infrastructure platforms with security tools or IT operations ecosystems.
