What you will do
- Manage high-value client and broker relationships for the jumbo market segment (5,000+ lives).
- Monitor client health and KPIs to mitigate risks and drive retention.
- Execute best practice workflows to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and member services to ensure engagement goals are met.
- Develop client reports and represent the company at open enrollment and education sessions.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to engage with clients in person.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS books of business.
- Professional experience in the healthcare and benefits industry.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement for medical benefits or healthcare SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for sophisticated clients and brokers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be based in the US to qualify for benefits and align with the target market.
