Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 (Base + Commission).

What you will do
- Own the retention and upsell process for small group employer clients (25 - 250 lives).
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner on plan design, cost trends, and performance.
- Establish and manage key strategic broker and client relationships.
- Monitor client health and execute proactive plans to address account risks.
- Partner with internal finance, product, and data teams to demonstrate ROI.
- Drive improved Net Revenue Retention and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercially-oriented consultant, broker, or account management role in the employee benefits space.
- Deep knowledge of fully insured and small group self-funded health plan design.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and upsell targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
