What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding pay, benefits, and policies via ServiceNow and Slack.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and absence tracking.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs for France and Belgium in coordination with external providers.
- Maintain accurate employment data within Workday and generate HR reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Support cross-market HR projects and collaborate with international colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations for France.
- Fluent in French and advanced level of English.
- Strong expertise in French labor regulations and local legal frameworks.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, specifically Workday.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management and process optimization skills.
Nice to have
- Good level of Spanish.
- Previous international HR experience.
