What you will do

• Oversee daily HR operations and employee inquiries to ensure effective support.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual documentation, and offboarding.
• Prepare and process payroll for French employees in coordination with external providers and Finance.
• Lead HR project management initiatives to optimize processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure legal compliance with French employment regulations and maintain employee handbooks.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and immigration requests.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in HR technology solutions such as HRIS.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
