What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for all hires across various locations and employment models.
• Administer employee lifecycle records, leave, and compensation updates within HiBob.
• Run multi-country payroll cycles in coordination with Finance and external providers.
• Ensure US state-level employment compliance, including workers' compensation and tax nexus.
• Maintain OSH compliance in Spain and the USA, and ensure data processing adheres to GDPR.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries via the JIRA Service Desk.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in People Operations or HR within a scaling, international environment.
• Working knowledge of Spanish labor law administration (required).
• Professional or native fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience as an administrator for HiBob or a comparable HRIS.
• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll and employee administration.

Nice to have

• Exposure to US employment law at federal and state levels.
• Experience with UK or Canadian employment law.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
