What you will do

• Serve as the executive technical face of hirify.global for Retail & Commerce AI customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Lead architectural workshops and align technical roadmaps to close strategic lighthouse deals.
• Translate bespoke customer needs into scalable technical and product requirements for R&D and infrastructure teams.
• Develop technical narratives, reference architectures, and training materials to enable field sales teams.
• Influence the internal product roadmap by identifying recurring market pain points in agentic commerce and data pipelines.
• Partner with ecosystem vendors and evaluate potential technical M&A targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, ML, and MLOps with a focus on production or large-scale systems.
• Prior senior technical leadership experience, such as CTO or Technical Co-founder in an AI-native startup.
• Deep technical knowledge of GPU-centric infrastructure, high-performance compute, storage, and networking.
• Fluency in Retail & Commerce AI workflows, including agentic commerce and supply chain optimization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
