Salary: $90,000 - $143,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive sales of products, software, and services across commercial classes of trade within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales meetings and product knowledge training for customers and distribution partners.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and end-user attitudes to management.
  • Manage the territory budget, including travel, entertainment, and administrative expenses.
  • Document all sales activities, forecasts, and leads within CRM software.
  • Attend national and regional conventions, trade shows, and dealer association events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial or industrial sales.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in security, safety lockout (LOTO), and electrical arc flash safety sales.
  • Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) certification.
