What you will do

  • Drive daily field sales to secure prime product placements and reorders.
  • Drive retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors.
  • Own in-store execution: manage merchandising (POS, rotation, facings) and ensure direct store shipments.
  • Manage inventory and retailer relationships to maintain lean stock and increase repeat orders.
  • Run demos and sampling events to boost velocity and log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work in Miami, FL
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth (DSD/route/field sales preferred)
  • Comfortable using mobile CRMs and routing tools
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes
  • High school diploma/GED
