• Maintain efficient administration of HR information and record-keeping using Paycom.
• Manage employee data transactions from onboarding through termination.
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR and business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, Workers' Compensation, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the Lead Payroll Analyst to troubleshoot and optimize system processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Paycom configuration and provide training to HR staff.

• 1-2 years of experience with Paycom in an HRIS role
• Must be based in Hunt Valley, MD or within the Eastern Time zone
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
