What you will do

• Lead and support teams of embedded software and signal processing engineers in an agile environment.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure high-quality software solutions for mission-critical radar systems.
• Own the design responsibility for Sensor Core signal and data processing software.
• Implement DevOps best practices tailored for embedded software development.
• Manage recruitment, budgeting, and strategic growth within the software section.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing people.
• Solid background in modern software engineering practices and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of complex system integration.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass security vetting based on current regulations (citizenship obligations may apply).
