What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients in Ukraine.
• Attract new clients and grow existing accounts through cross-sales and upsells.
• Conduct customer negotiations, identify business needs, and sell relevant company services.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate product value to potential customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals and advise on sales-related materials.
• Resolve key client issues and provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong Intermediate English.
• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, communication skills, results focus, and customer orientation.
