What you will do
- Develop strategic and durable partnerships with global clients, representing the company at Director and VP levels.
- Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities and drive strategic growth within the international client base.
- Manage the implementation and delivery of diverse, complex global client-specific projects to exceed expectations.
- Create and execute Global Key Account Development Plans tailored to client needs and KPIs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and client management to ensure smooth program execution.
- Coordinate with global technical teams to optimize project deployment and mitigate performance risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within services and solutions environments.
- Proven hunter background with success in new business acquisition and driving upsell/cross-sell.
- Ability to lead a global business development strategy and build scalable sales approaches.
- Mandatory experience in negotiating Global Master Agreements or Global Frame Agreements.
- Established professional network within European retailers and consumer brands.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience within the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
