Control Room Operator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate and maintain automated industrial equipment and material handling systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage production orders and update recipes using MES and Simatic batch systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOP, and SQF food safety and quality standards.
• Analyze OEE data to identify downtime causes and propose technical solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance to coordinate equipment improvements and preventative maintenance (PM).
• Train new technicians and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to improve Quality and Efficiency KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mandatory experience with PCS; Siemens PCS 7 experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of OEE principles, master scheduling, and capacity analysis.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7 AM), including overtime and weekends.
