What you will do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining 5S standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations to ensure compliance with CGMP.
• Lead line changeovers and perform level 1 maintenance on equipment.
• Collect and report hourly data for quality and OEE metrics.
• Participate in root cause problem solving and continuous improvement events.
• Facilitate safety training and ensure consistent adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School diploma required with 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, formulas, and procedure manuals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
