What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Support delivery of payment initiatives including SEPA Credit Transfers, Instant Payments, Direct Debits, and cross-border payments.
• Facilitate alignment between architects, product owners, and engineers using an MVP mindset.
• Perform end-to-end impact analysis from client initiation through processing, screening, settlement, and reporting.
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including requirement refinement and testing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking payments, transaction banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment products and flows (SEPA, Instant Payments, Direct Debits, cross-border).
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging formats (pain, pacs, camt) and MT-to-MX migration.
• Experience in end-to-end payment process analysis and requirements management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Open Banking, PSD2, XS2A, or payment initiation APIs.
