What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to win and extend F&B contracts.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including proposal preparation and submission.
- Negotiate subtenant and client agreements while ensuring commercial viability.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and support functions to ensure project success.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and financial performance.
- Supervise team members and facilitate cross-functional project sessions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or client management.
- English proficiency (C1+) required, plus at least one additional language.
- Danish or Swedish language skills are considered a strong plus.
- Proven track record in multi-discipline organizations and high-level negotiation.
- Experience interpreting legal agreements and managing financial tradeoffs.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process and resource planning.
