What you will do

• Act as a dedicated people manager overseeing performance, career growth, and training for engineering teams.
• Own the recruitment process to build and scale effective teams in a competitive defense talent market.
• Develop and implement standardized work processes across radar, radio, and signal-processing modules.
• Audit and improve internal engineering infrastructure and tooling to optimize team output.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and cross-functional delivery optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term technical vision and execution plans.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong academic background in Electrical Engineering, RF, or Signal Processing.
• Proven experience leading radar, RF, or electronic warfare teams in a defense prime or cleared-environment scale-up.
• Experience leading programs through qualification under MIL-STD, NATO STANAG, or TEMPEST disciplines.
• Active or recent security clearance (FR, NL, UK, or EU equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure defense environment.
