About the Role
You will build automated Go-based pipelines that turn newly installed hardware into accepted customer-ready clusters. You will lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and team growth while setting reusable delivery standards. You will measure and reduce time to acceptance, work with hardware and fleet-health partners, support GPU fleet delivery, and plan delivery waves with product and datacenter stakeholders.
Requirements
- Automated bare-metal fleet experience
- Hardware knowledge of servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, and firmware
- 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- Linux expertise
- Production Go experience
- Willingness to travel to datacenter sites
Responsibilities
- Build automated Go delivery pipelines for provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, and software installation
- Hire, onboard, coach, and manage engineers
- Measure and reduce time to acceptance
- Collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health
- Manage delivery for GPU fleets and InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics
- Plan delivery waves with Product Managers and datacenter stakeholders
