What you will do

• Lead end-to-end controllership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for the international group.
• Manage group reporting to the US-listed parent company, ensuring US GAAP compliance and delivering flux analysis.
• Oversee local statutory reporting (AASB/IFRS) and manage Big 4 external audit relationships.
• Implement and operationalize the first-year SOX control environment in partnership with Deloitte.
• Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll) and treasury functions, including FX and cash management.
• Own and optimize the finance systems landscape, primarily utilizing NetSuite to reduce manual workarounds.

Requirements

• CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• 15+ years of experience in audit, financial control, and accounting leadership.
• Big 4 audit background, ideally through Senior Manager level.
• Experience working within a listed multinational environment (ASX, NYSE, NASDAQ, or equivalent).
• Proven experience implementing or supporting SOX or an equivalent internal control framework.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/AASB and multinational consolidation requirements.

Nice to have

• Direct hands-on US GAAP experience.
• Exposure to consumer healthcare, telehealth, e-commerce, or DTC business models.
• Experience integrating an acquired business into a listed parent's reporting and control framework.
• Experience working with US-based finance leadership.
