What you will do

• Lead regional controllership activities including general accounting, month-end close, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee regional tax, regulatory obligations, and internal control frameworks including SOX.
• Coordinate external and statutory audits across the EMEA region.
• Partner with corporate finance, tax, treasury, and legal teams on strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Manage and develop regional finance teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and multinational statutory reporting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Poland, Serbia, or Hungary.
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
