What you will do

• Conduct detailed reviews of accounting entries, including accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions, per IFRS and French GAAP.
• Implement and enforce financial control frameworks, including approval workflows and segregation of duties.
• Act as the primary liaison with Big 4 external auditors during statutory audits to ensure timely delivery of documentation.
• Oversee the preparation of audit-ready consolidated and statutory financial statements for all Group entities.
• Collaborate with the Tax team to ensure compliance with VAT, corporate, and payroll tax obligations.
• Review management reporting packages, variance analyses, and flux explanations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, including a background in Big 4 audit.
• Experience working within tech start-ups or scale-ups, preferably in AI, software, or deep tech.
• Deep expertise in IFRS financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in SAP S4 and advanced Excel for financial analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Paris or London.

• Expertise in French GAAP (FR GAAP).
