Working Student (HR Recruiting)

Location: Düsseldorf or München, Germany; hybrid models combine on-site and remote work.

What you will do

• Maintain global recruiting databases and enter applicant information.
• Communicate with applicants for the consulting track by phone and in writing.
• Provide technical support for applicant videoconferences.
• Prepare and support interview days and recruiting events, including follow-up activities.
• Conduct Internet research and handle ad hoc recruiting requests.
• Support campus marketing, active sourcing, and personnel controlling activities.

Requirements

• Enrollment as a college student is required.
• Strong interest in staffing, HR, and recruiting; business, social sciences, or humanities studies are advantageous.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Excellent German and very good English skills are required.
• Structured, reliable, independent, service-minded, and team-oriented working style.
• Flexibility in terms of work schedule.
