Business Development Executive (SaaS): Driving market growth in Cape Town by acquiring new partners for our beauty and wellness platform with an accent on proactive cold outreach and face-to-face field sales. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, building long-term partner relationships, and achieving consistent revenue targets.
Location: Must be based in Cape Town (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office).

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and lead management.
- Present and sell platform solutions through product demos to prospective partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final contract close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
- Document all sales activities and outcomes accurately within the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Must be based in Cape Town or able to work from the office 3 days a week.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Natural curiosity and a drive for professional development.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- Background in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Fluency in English and an additional language.
