TL;DR

Business Development Executive (SaaS): Driving market growth in Cape Town by acquiring new partners for our beauty and wellness platform with an accent on proactive cold outreach and face-to-face field sales. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, building long-term partner relationships, and achieving consistent revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in Cape Town (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office).

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and lead management.
  • Present and sell platform solutions through product demos to prospective partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final contract close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Document all sales activities and outcomes accurately within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Must be based in Cape Town or able to work from the office 3 days a week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Natural curiosity and a drive for professional development.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Background in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language.
