What you will do
- Conduct structured outbound and inbound sales calls to partners across the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
- Deliver live video presentations and product demonstrations to generate demand and excitement for new solutions.
- Log and manage all calls, meetings, and opportunities within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Support partners with product positioning and basic technical understanding.
- Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and technical teams to implement campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of brand representation and professional communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in internal sales, telesales, or partner support, preferably in the technology or security industry.
- Fluent French speaker (mandatory) with the ability to sell confidently via phone and video.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort delivering remote demonstrations.
- Highly structured, disciplined, and process-driven approach to work.
- Experience working with CRM systems for call logging and recording.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a commercial mindset focused on growth.
